How can i increase the size of /dev/ram?

/home # df

Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use%

/dev/ram 5653 5156 209 96% /

I have availiable just 209 bytes ;/

i can't download anything to the board

so use /var or something else that is mounted as ramfs
