Dear sirs,
could somebody suggest me an application in order to run zeroconf protocol, or Bonjour or something similar in order to have the network autoconfiguration?
I've found the zcip under the BusyBox menu. Does exist something more?
This application needs to run on Blackfin BF537 and on Pc Windows machine (of course not the same application, but the same protocol).
Best regards,
Daniele.

Have a look at avahi. It is already in the uClinux-dist. (./lib/avahi/)

Dear Robin,
I'm using live distribution rev 7972.
I've find avahi in lib. If I compile, than I've:
libavahi-common.so.3 and libavahi-core.so.5 in /usr/lib directory, but I don't find any avahi application.
Do I write my application using this library? or is there a ready application?
Regards,
Daniele.

Have a look at the docs:
avahi.org/
Normally - people use their own - but I think there are likely some things in ./staging that aren't installed into the romfs.
