Hi,
After compiling the kernel and booting it, I find the files libgfortran.so.1 and libgfortran.so.1.0.0 inside /lib directory which I dont require in my application. Is there any way to disable the generation of these files as I dont see any such option in make menuconfig?

there is no option. you will need to delete the files manually in your board's Makefile.

I thought that is what (trunk's) "Cull unused ELF shared libraries" was for?
