The size of the flash - doesn't matter as much as the page size.

What is the flash page size?

Hi Robin

Raw nand flash is not chosen yet.

It is for a future project.

The flash will be embedded on the board (no mmc or CF).

We are working on the possibilty of storing wave files.

we've tested 1gb nand devices on the BF537 before and it worked fine
