Hi,
We are trying to test the audio codec functionality in BF527 + SVN trunk kernel version.
https://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/project/uclinux-dist/frs/ "uclinux-dist-trunk-svn.src.tar.bz2"
Referred links
1. docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=hw:boards:bf527-ezkit
2. docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=linux-kernel:drivers:ssm2602
We made the audio drivers as inbuilt drivers. but we are not getting the expected kernel boot prints
instead we are getting the following
Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.18rc3.
ASoC version 0.13.2
dma rx:3 tx:4, err irq:15, regs:ffc00800
ssm2602 Audio Codec 0.1<3>soc-audio soc-audio: can't get i2c adapter 0
ALSA device list:
No soundcards found.
We guess that we are missing "I2C" we have enabled the setting as said in link 2 (pls see above)
Please help us in solving this. Let us know if you need more info.
Regards,
Karthik

If you figured out what the problem is - missing i2c driver - go fix it.
