   Is it possible to build GTK+(including all dependent libraries) for blackfin using blackfin toolchain and develop GUI for blackfin?

anything is possible, but we dont bother with GTK+ atm because of its reliance on NLS/unicode

there are plenty of other GUI libraries that work without NLS/unicode requirements.  search the wiki for some.
