uImage-bf537-stamp-2009R1.1-RC4 is size of 4.5MB, while the size of flash memory on BF537 EZ-Kit is only 4MB. So the problem is: how can I write this image into flash in order to boot the OS automaticly when the board power is on? Just now I can only download it from the host by tftp.
And may someone give a link about how to and where to write the uclinux image into the flash on board? Thank you in advance.

The default images were never ment to be burned to flash. They are ment to be transfered to the board over the network, and booted. If you want a custom image that can be burned into flash - that is up to you to build.

i dont know where you keep looking, but none of the things you mention are on the board. the bf537-stamp/ezkit have no nand flash.
