Hi,
When I tried to compare two distribution size of >1GB using diff command
(-Naur option) , diff:memory exhausted error occurs.
Any solution to overcome this isssue.

That is a host problem - ask on the support forums for your distribution.

Hi Robin,
we are using uClinux distribution(Linux version 2.6.28.7-ADI-2009R1-pre (gcc version 4.1.2 (ADI svn)) for blackfin.

which is irrelevant as Robin said -- `diff` is coming from your host disto, not the Blackfin uClinux dist

Then go back and read what both Mike and I said - it is a host problem - not a Blackfin one - go back and ask your host Linux distribution provider.
