I think this might be the same problem as #3806
I have a USB SD Card reader, which appears on my host as:

Blackfin can not read the partition table

Fixed in branch.
Thanks for Sonic, he found:
when we got STALL, we should clear the toggle.
I will check with upstream about this issue.
Although trunk still have some problem.
