Summary: IrDA function is not stable

Details:

The device irda0 randomly can't receive any packet after Irdaping running some time.

This issue both exists on bfin_sir driver PIO and DMA mode. (irattach irda0 -s)

When use device /dev/ttyBF1, also have this issue. (irattach /dev/ttyBF1 -s)

Fixed this bug, just reset the UART engine, after we detected that receive

interrupt is not called for a long while. It's maybe a hardware bug.
