Summary: SPI MMC/SD can not detect SanDisk SD cards sometimes

Details:

After system boot up, insert SanDisk SD cards to MMC/SD slot, they can not be detected.

If they are plugged to SD slot before kernel boot up, they can be found when system boot up.

This happens both to 08r1 and trunk.

This bug only happens on a specific BF537-STAMP board(V1.3). It seems like a

hardware problem.

Close it due to it's a hardware issue.
