Summary: Some e2fsprogs are not copied to romfs/sbin in trunk

Details:

Build kernel in trunk, mke2fs and e2fsck are selected by default, they don't exist in romfs/sbin and can't be found after system boot up.

looks like i used -E instead of -e in the makefile ... should be fixed now
