Summary: uart2 not work on BF548

Details:

When enabled UART1/2/3

(ttyBF0<->UART1,

ttyBF1<->UART2,

ttyBF2<->UART3), on BF548, UART1/3 works fine, UART2 seems not work.

echo "hi" > /dev/ttyBF1

will return after a very long time.
