Summary: audio test fail in BF527-EZKIT

Details:

In BF527-EZKIT, run audio test.

When run command "vrec -w -b 16 -s 8000 -t 5 |vplay", audio is repeated at the end.

And sometimes there is no sound when run following commands:

vrec -w -S -b 16 -s 44100 -t 5|vplay

vrec -w -S -b 16 -s 22000 -t 5|vplay

vrec/vplay will call hw_params several times to configure codec,and the codec

should be inactive during configuring,otherwise sometimes the configuring may

fail.
