Summary: gptimer0 is the only one disabled whatever is the PPI port configuration

Details:

In the SVN version of bfin_ppi.c driver, I think there's a problem for disabling multiplexed GP TIMER, since evaluation of line 678 always return 0, then only GP timer 0 output is disabled, even if PPI is configured with 2 external frame synchronization signals.

Attached a patch to correct it.
