Summary: breakpoint in kgdb would trigger twice
Details:
breakpoint in kgdb through uart port would fails after serveral times on trunk head. When set break kgdb_test on host, cat /proc/kgdbtest on target sometimes would break 2 times, and sometimes would not stop at all.

Now it is always triggering to stop 2 twice at one breakpoint on the trunk
kernel and this is not exclusive to uart port, but also happens when through
ethernet port.
