Summary: [ltp]current ltp test build failed at test case inotify with latest toolchain

Details:

Build ltp-full-20071031 with toolchain gcc4.1-2008_Dec_12, it failed at test case inotify for redefinition of ‘struct flock’.

Fixed in uClibc

uClibc is not the right place to fix it. I have merged the fix from the

upstream.
