Follow-ups

fixed on trunk.
Linphone uses r1_event_hook in readline library to process event, readline uses
select(). Select() system call will return EINVALID if timeout.tv_usec >
1000000. So the r1_event_hook will be invoked repeatly (busyloop).
The fix add check for timeout in readline before calling select(), however,
uClibc seems a better place to do such check.
