Summary: sw4.3 on bf537 fails to control the console output

Details:

sw4.3 on bf537 fails to control the console output.

After enable Enable UART0 hardware flow control for bf537 stamp, and boot up the built kernel. Run "cat /proc/kallsyms", switch sw4.3 to off, it fails to stop the ongoing info being output. But if you switch back, it then works and stop the message and not react to any keystokes now.
