Grace,
This issue is again caused by the missing Pull-Down on the SCKE pin.
Also between last passed version svn6916 and your current failing one svn6933,
there are no relevant changes.
It's also not related to network at all.
while :;do rtcwake -s20 -m mem;done
This simple loop will also fail at some point.
I attached a picture of a HW workaround.
Place an 10k SMD 0402 type resistor between P5 B12-B13.
