I use the kernel checked out doday, toolchain RC9, irdaping, ircp works fine.

I changed the irtty from COM4 to COM2 by setting the notebook's BIOS.
Would you test it under windows again?

irdaping a windows host will not get any response.
You'd use it to ping a linux host.
It's not a bug.
