bfin_sir and irtty on blackfin have the same problem.

It's not the driver problem.

If enabled one of the irda options,

IrDA (infrared) subsystem support --->

[*] Fast RRs (low latency)

Sending file will as fast as receive.

Sending a file which is 430044 bytes, it take 269 seconds if 'Fast RRs'

disabled, it only take 63 seconds if 'Fast RRs' enabled.
