bf518f-ezbrd kernel will hang after running ltp test for some time.

Even u-boot can not boot, unless we manually force to plug in the power.

It still hangs randomly with updated ltp test script.

And I also run ltp test cycle independently and got no clues.

I've no idea why this happens...
