A platform driver should use platform_driver_register() and friends, and not
driver_register() directly.
With the recent kernel update probe() won't be called even if struct
device_driver .bus = &platform_bus_type is set. platform_driver_register()
also calls driver_register() however it initializes shutdown, suspend and resume
with platform_driver defaults if not already set.
