Enable BFIN_DMA_INTERFACE in kernel config and BFIN_DMA in user config.

This bug also existed on BF537-stamp board.

The get_blk_size ioctls is moved outisde from file_ioctl, its ioctl number
FIGETBSZ conflicts with BF_DMA_RUN. Now is fixed on trunk.
