Summary: ppifcd test case doesn't work with generic gpio
Details:
ppifcd test case doesn't work with generic gpio for no /dev/pg7 device nodes established.
When testing this case, it used to config with "Simple GPIO char interface" support but now it is punted. So we should update the testcase to suit the change.
