Summary: access_ok is called in atomic contexts in blackfin
Details:
access_ok is only for user context, but blackfin calls it in atomic context, like traps(arch/blackfin/kernel/traps.c).
That needs be fixed.

Although blackfin adds addition check in access_ok, we have no intention to
restore a standard one until real bugs caused by this checking is reported.
