Summary: USBHOST can't recognize the USB disk after replug
Details:
The first time the USB disk plug in, it works correctly.
But after unplug and replug, it can't be recognized anymore.

Restart the timer handler not only in otg but also in host-only mode.

This patch seems to be gon again from the 2011R1 - I had to reapply it to make
things work.
