can't regonize lcd device in i2c lcd driver testing over twi on bf548-ezkit.

when 'ls' in the folder 'sys/bus/i2c/devices' ,it should show a folder "0022.*(\[0-9]-002f)",but it hasn't. so the lcd can't show anything.the bus is the same as bug 6197.

so i guess the other board bf537-stamp,bf527-ezkit may also have the bug. so i will the case later.

the test steps as follow.
