Summary: can't receive and send file between pc and blackfin board in irda testing
Details:
In irda testing ,i use irtty-sir driver on board bf537-stamp,pc is windows.
pc can discover board and board also can discover board, but they can't send and receive file between.
Besides, the board may show string "IrLAP, no activity on link!" during the process.
And connecting between pc and board not steady.

The irtty-sir works. Try to move the device closer to pc and do ircp again.

and now the irda testing is ok.
so i closed the bug 6240.
