Summary: Device offlined - not ready after error recovery in testing isp1362+sl811 on bf537-stamp
Details:
In testing isp1362+sl811 on bf537-stamp, when i do "time bonnie++ -u root -d /mnt" the error will show and then can't detect "sdb".
when i reboot the system, and still can't detect "sdb" but when i power it and restart , it can detect "sda" and "sdb".

Follow-ups
--- Bob Liu 2010-09-16 02:44:31
isp1362-hcd and sl811-hcd tests must use different kernel configs, so they
can't be tested at the same time.
for sl811-hcd test, you must config the kernel as the doc said
https://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=hw:cards:usb_ez-extender&s[]=isp1362
like this:
Configure asynchronous memory for SL811HS
Blackfin Processor Options --->
--- Asynchronous Memory Configuration
EBIU_AMBCTL Control --->
(0xCCC0) Bank 3
In case you selected BANK2 for dummy accesses:
Blackfin Processor Options --->
--- Asynchronous Memory Configuration
EBIU_AMBCTL Control --->
(0x22A4) Bank 2
I can't repeat this problem with separated kernel config and test.
--- angelia wu 2010-10-18 04:16:01
yes,it is indeed the problem.
now it is ok. I closed the bug 6252.
