Follow-ups
--- Vivi Li 2011-11-11 06:25:39
In latest 2011r1 branch, this card can be detected. And output is OK as I use
aplay and tone.
But arecord fails.
I attach EVAL-ADAU1X61EBZ(Rev B) to BF537-STAMP board. Input connector is
J24(IN3/4).
After I enable the "Right Playback Mixer Right Bypass Volume" and
"Left Playback Mixer Left Bypass Volume", I can hear sound directly
from input to the outputs.

The same setup works fine here. Please check your physical connections:
http://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-drivers/sound/adau1361#hardware_configuration
Does it record an empty file or or a file filled with silence?
Does the number of SPORT RX interrupts change in /proc/interrupts during
record?
--- Vivi Li 2011-11-14 22:03:54
It finally works after I re-connect J6-2 to P6-8.
Thanks Lars.
