disable CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME can fix this issue.

It seems not problem of CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME.
CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME is still enabled in this test, but due to some commit between
kernel commit a1810c5b9efd3d0806ae6d89f26e534e313c3e1a and
88c728083aa506b169d8f7308c568cb3544873f7, this case pass.
