watchdogd bug

The problem has gone away if the kernal is configured as in:

select   watchdog timer support

select DISABLE WATCHDOG SHUTDOWN ON CLOSE

select BLACKFIN ON-CHIP WATCHDOG TIMER

These selections don't happen in the default config.......but must be manually entered...
