About the ADSP-BF609 EZ-KIT Lite
The ADSP-BF609 EZ-Board is the evaluation hardware for the latest BF60x family of Blackfin Processors.
The evaluation hardware is designed to be used in conjunction with the CrossCore Embedded Studio development tools to test capabilities of the ADSP-BF60x Blackfin processors, and can be purchased in one of two packages:
- ADZS-BF609-EZLITE– This package contains the BF609 EZ-Board, power supply, Stand Alone Debug Agent (SADA2), USB cable and 2GB Memory card.
- ADZS-BF609-EZBRD – This package does not contain the Stand Alone Debug Agent (SADA2), and requires an Analog Devices USB-based Emulator or Debug Agent board.

Examples and Board Support Packages
CrossCore Embedded Studio includes a number of examples for the ADSP-BF609 EZ-KIT Lite, covering the System Services, and Device Drivers for the on-chip peripherals.
Examples for the off-chip peripherals, including the Power-On Self Test (POST) and Device Programmer Interface Applications (DPIA) for parallel and serial flash, are available as part of the BF609 Board Support Package.

CrossCore Embedded Studio is a licensed product. To use the ADSP-BF609 EZ-KIT Lite, Board Support Package and CrossCore
Embedded Studio you will need to have a valid license. Licensing information is available here.
