My Emulator/EZ-Kit has become faulty, what should I do?

When contacting private support please include the following information and answers to the following questions:
1.Detailed information regarding how the Emulator/EZ-Kit behaves. Including screenshots of all error messages you receive.
2.Details of ICE Test utility ,whether ICE Test runs successfully or not. The ICE Test can be found within the Configurator. If the test fails, please send us a screenshot.
3. Does the emulator is detected by PC ? Check whether the emulator listed under 'ADI Development tools'/'crosscore tools'. If listed, double-click on the emulator to show the driver properties and ensure there are no issues listed. If there, please share the screenshot of the device manager.
4.Confirmation that you've read the above documentation and include results of all troubleshooting steps advised
5.Do you have another target board you can use to connect to your emulator with? Does the emulator still behave the same way? Do you still encounter the same error messages?
6.Do you have access to another PC? If you do, please let us know if the emulator detected correctly without any issues?
7.Please also let us know if you have any Emulators/EZ-Kits of the same type that operate without any problems in the same test environment.
8. Please share more details about your PC such as which OS (operating system) that you are using.
9. Can you please let us know if you have purchased the emulator directly from Analog Devices or from distributor?
