JTAG Emulator for ADSP-21479 EZ-Board

Question

When I check the EVAL for ADSP-21479 it points to this JTAG Emulator: EMULATOR-USB & HP USB ICE but when I try to buy it says the link does not exist. 
 And when I check JTAG emulators: https://www.analog.com/en/resources/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/emulators.html#eb-overview the ADSO-21479 is not on the Applicable Parts. 
 
 Which is the correct HW to program/emulate and debug this board? 
 And which JTAG debugger is recommended?

 ADZS-HPUSB-ICE is unfortunately obsolete with no inventory available for purchase. So, we recommend the ICE-1000 and ICE-2000 emulators for ADSP-21479 EZ-Board.
