CCES 2.8.3 Debugger not halting

Currently, we are using CCES (https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/evaluation-hardware-and-software/software/adswt-cces.html) and ICE-1000 Emulator for our debugging environment. I have attached the properties of our project below. While trying to run the session in debug mode with multiple SW/HW breakpoints set in the control flow of the project, the execution does not halt or even appear to get in a debugging mode. The ICE test passes for all modes (attached below), and the binary flash correctly to the BF707 using the same setup. There are no error messages.
Our current environment is:
OS: Window 10
DSP: BF707 silicon 1.1.
IDE: CCES 2.8.3
ICE-1000 Emulator Driver version: 4.1.0.0
Is there anything missing in our setup? Looking forward to your support.

    H,

Please follow the below steps after build your project to view the debug icons:

1.Right-click a project and choose Debug As > Debug Configurations from the context menu.Delete the project configuration if any exists
3.Creates a launch configuration of the debug type to add the configurations for the work space.
NOTE: If no launch configurations exist in the workspace, double click the 'Application with CrossCore Debugger' node to activate the toolbar.
4.Choose target processor, Connection type and Click finish.
    5.Now press apply and Debug.
6.Click yes on the "Confirm Perspective Window" if appears.
5.Now see if the debug icons are shown properly as per attached screenshot(Debug_view.jpg).

If still you are unable to view the debug icons, please try opening the project with new workspace of CCES and create new debug configuration.

Then please go to Window > Show View > Other > Debug and select "Debug" icon and click open.(Refer attached screenshots Image_1 & Image_2.jpg) and see whether the same issue occurs.
