ADUX1020-Eval-SDP 64 bit drivers not working at Windows 10

Question

Hi, 
 I tried to install the ADUX1020-Eval-SDP like it is explained at http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/user-guides/ADUX1020-EVAL-SDP-UG-1022.pdf . But when I connect the board to the Computer, I get the following message:

If I try to install the Drivers manually by browsing to the folder where the installer placed the AdiSdp_x64.inf file (C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\SDP\Drivers) I get an error saying there is not compatible driver in that folder:

is that an issue with the compatibility of the Drivers with Windows 10 or do you already know this problem?
