ADZS-HPUSB-ICE: Error 0x8004801e – USB Data Count Error

Question

I have got the seemingly same problem as earlier reported with subject "ADZS-HPUSB-ICE: Error 0x8004801e &ndash; USB Data Count Error". I wonder if a solution was found? 
 I get it with an ADSP BF527 EZ-KIT LITE board. It has previously been working. 
 Windows 10.
