I try to migrate to CCES. I start to debug my project. I can't see the addresses of variables.

Answer:
Please ensure that you have selected the Address column in the View Menu > Layout > Select Columns > Address(Image1 & Image2). After selecting the Address in the select column window you can see the expression window with the Address column(Image3). Please refer the below CCES help path for more details:
