system.svc

We get used to store cfg project files and source files in different physical folders.

How can I succeed?

For example - default CCES project structure:

AnalogProjects

     CCES

             .metadata

             MyProject1

                 .project

                 .cproject

                 system (the folder)

                 system.svc

      Source

           Library

           Project

              MyProject1

We want:

AnalogProjects

     CCES

            .metadata

            MyProject1

                .project

                .cproject

     Source

          Library

          Project

             MyProject1

                system (the folder)

                system.svc

  • To clarify your question, which is also posted on "Why do I always find additional files called "system.svc" and "adi_initialize.{h|c}" in my CCES project?".

Just to clarify, are you asking how to cope with the system folder and the system.svc being in a different location?

In other words, your system folder and system.svc file are linked resources.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The CCES Add-in framework expects to create files within the project's system directory and operates on a system.svc file within the project directory. The Add-in framework does not take into account that the system folder and the system.svc file can be linked resources.
