Hi Ram,
I've asked our hardware team for the expected values at TP18 and TP19, we'll get back to you shortly with these.
The section of the EZ-Kit manual you reference above is for the Audio Interface, and therefore would have no bearing on your LCD Backlight problem. However, you're correct, this manual shouldn't reference SW23 as this switch has been removed in the latest rev of the EZ-Kit board. Please use the switch settings referenced earlier in this thread.
Attached to this post is a copy of the datasheet you requested.
In CCES you can connect to a BF527 Debug Configuration by following the procedure below:
Open the IDDE and select Run->Debug Configuration
Click 'Select Session' and choose the BF527 as your 'Processor Type'
Select 'Next' and then choose 'Simulator'
Click 'Next' and you will see 'ADSP-BF5xx Single Processor Simulator' listed under 'Platforms'.
Choose Finish
Under 'Programs to Load' make sure you have the correct DXE selected ad then click Apply then Debug. You will now be connected to a BF527 Simulator Debug Configuration.
Regards,
David.
