  • Hi Ram,

Please make sure the ribbon cable for the LCD screen is not torn or damaged. We would recommend you gently lift the light coloured part of the ribbon connector (P18) and remove the ribbon cable. Now reseat the cable and close the light coloured latch on the connector. Does this make any difference to the behaviour you're seeing?

If not, i would recommend you contact private support, www.analog.com/supporthttp://www.analog.com/support. Please include a link to this forum thread, as well as the following information, when you contact us:

    • The serial number of your EZ-Kit board. The serial number is the six digit number on the back of the PCB
    • Confirmation that reseating the LCD ribbon cable has no effect on the behaviour you're seeing.
    • Confirmation that the LCD does not light up at all (appear white) and it's completely off.

    Regards,
    David.
