I am unable to find plugins / perform updates... my version of cces is 3.0.3

We are able to access the below site in CCES via the "Install new Software" option. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.
www.analog.com/.../ccesupdatesite
You can try restart the CCES once and try with http://, instead of “https://”and see whether it works.
Also, could you please confirm whether your machine has the required internet connection.
If you are still facing the same issue, please let us know which specific software that you are trying to install from "Install new software" option. This will help us to assist further.
