Hi,
I use 21565 which is not include DDR3.
The L1 and L2 memory are not enough for me to do large audio delay in my project.
So I wonder if I can add a QSPI PSRAM like APS1604M or just a SPI flash like W25Q128.
If my idea is feasible, which part is better, PSRAM or flash?
Please tell me how to start, and it would be great if you could give me a example code.
Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for your inquiry. We are looking into this now. We will get back to you soon.

the best way is to add a DDR3 to your hardware. Maybe the PSRAM is an option if you want to save space on PCB. its not possible to realise a delay with flash, because long erase / write times and typicallay a flash mem is able to be written up to 100000 times .
