I Have checked the given demo code in SC589 Ez-kit and didn't face sys fault led issue. Could you please let me know is this issue limited to this code or applicable for other application also?

You can find MCAPI example in the 'ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT_Lite' Board Support Package.

Please download and install 'ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT_Lite-Rel2.0.2' from the link below:
download.analog.com/.../ADI_ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT_Lite-Rel2.0.2.exe

After successful installation, you can find the MCAPI example projects at the following path:
<Installation path>\Analog Devices\ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT_Lite-Rel2.0.2\ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT\Examples\services\mcapi
