      Thank you for your inquiry.
      

      We tried to build a sample project in SC589 Evaluation kit with CCES 2.11.1. But we are not facing any issue here.
      

      Could it be possible for you to reinstall CCES tool. Before reinstall the software, please take a backup of license.dat which is located in the following path. C:\ProgramData\Analog Devices\CrossCore Embedded Studio
      

      If you are still facing the issue, please provide details for the below questions
      

      1. Is this issue occurred in specific project or all applications
      

      2. Please share us the application which simulates the issue.
      

      This would be helpful for us to assist you further.
