CCES runner can't use custom Platform

Question

Hello, I created a platform using CCES debug configurator. The platform is custom. I can launch a debug session with it in CCES, and I can see it listed when I run cces_runner.exe --list. 
 However when I use it in the --platform, instead of the default ADSP-SC572 via ICE 1000. It doesn't work. 
 I basically see nothing happen. 
 - No response from the application in the command line 
 - I don't see the LED on the ICE 1000 change 
 - I don't see my firmware flashed on the processor.

 Could you please share us the below details. This will help us to assist you further. 
 1.Command lines that you are using in CCES Runner Utility to load your application. 2.Are you facing this issue with specific project or all projects? 3.Do you have access to another PC? If you do, please let us know if you are able to run without any issues?
