how to set audio input and output port for cces example Audio_Loopback_TDM in EV-21569-EZKIT?

Hi,

when I used cces example Audio_Loopback_TDM, I found that audio out channels are 4, but audio input channels are 2, another channels data are the copy from J12. I want to audio input channels are 4, what should Ido?

I want  to know that how to set audio input and output port for cces example Audio_Loopback_TDM in EV-21569-EZKIT?

    In "Audio_Loopback_TDM" example, both ADAU1979 ADC and the ADAU1962A DAC operate in 8 channel TDM mode. You can see this configuration in control registers of DAC and ADC (ADAU1962_DAC_CTRL0 , ADAU1979_REG_SAI_CTRL0). Also SPORT4A and SPORT4B are configured in 8 channel TDM mode. You can see this in static configuration file.

    In EV-21569-EZKIT J12 audio jack is connected with ADC channel 1 and 2 and J16 audio jack is connected with ADC channel 3 and 4, please refer EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT Schematic. ADAU1979 have only 4 ADC so in cces example code 4 channel input data is copied to 8 channel DAC output. You can see it in sport call back in source code.

    Audio input given in J12(ADC channel 1 , 2) copied to J17(DAC channel 1 , 2) and J19(DAC channel 5 , 6), audio input given in J16 (ADC channel 3 and 4) copied to J18(DAC channel 3 , 4) and J20(DAC channel 7 , 8). So you can use both J12 and J16 (4 channels)as audio input and J17, J18, J19, J20 (8 channels) as audio output in this "Audio_Loopback_TDM" CCES example project.
